The mission of the annual Oregon State Home Brewer of the Year (OSHBOTY) award circuit is to actively promote and support Oregon homebrewing beer competitions and to recognize Oregon and SW Washington home beer brewers who regularly perform well in these competitions.

The true beer heroes are the ones behind the scenes that plan, organize, and round up judges for competitions.

We want to support these competitions by encouraging people to become BJCP ranked and volunteer to judge as often as possible.
